As says after executing the command 'configure -platform win32-g -static -release -qt-sql-sqlite -qt-sql-mysql -l mysql -I c:mysqlinclude -L c:mysqllibopt' got the error message 'copy qmake.exe D:Qtqtbinqmake.exe 1 file(s) copied. Creating makefiles in src. Generating Makefiles. Execute: Unknown error (-spec) (win32-g) (-r) (D:/Qt/qt/projects.pro) (-o) (D:/Qt/qt) Qmake failed, return code -1' so can't execute the next command 'mingw32-make' Whan went wrong actually?–Nov 20 '09 at 11:10. Anyway, from Qt command prompt 'D:Qtqtsrcpluginssqldriversmysqlconfigure -release -qt-sql-mysql -l mysql -I c:mysqlinclude -L c:mysqllibopt' executes without any error. Also 'mingw32-make' works fine and produces qsqlmysql4.dll & libqsqlmysql4.a in 'D:Qtqtpluginssqldrivers'.
I thought it was over!!! But still qDebug.

Let me start by stating that I am an IT support engineer and that I have already tried all of the obvious solutions. That said, here's the details: I have a Toshiba Satelite L555D-S7005 Dual-core, running Windows 7-64 Ultimate. Two months after purchasing,a Windows update caused the wireless adapter to stop working. The driver uninstalled and cannot be re-installed by any possible means because Windows refuses to recognize the physical device. My BIOS recognizes it and the Toshiba HW-setup utility implies thatthe soft-switch is set to 'on'.
However, Device Manager doesn't see it. A manual driver load doesn't work because Windows doesn't see the device, thus the error code 31.I tried to run the Fix-It Diagnostic utility but got an error stating that the program could not run (something really fishy going-on there too).I've noticed that far too many people are having problems with wi-fi drivrs and Windows 7, regardless of the hardware-type or the laptop vendor. It would be nice if MS were to put a few level-3 support engineers on this because the number of troubled usersis growing exponentially. Here is a list of 'recommended fixes' that have worked for others that don't work for me:1. Remove battery / power cord, wait 30-45 minutes for full discharge, then power-up and reboot; works for some, but not for me.2. System restore; doesn't resolve at all.3.
Re-image drive: Toshiba Support; usual when they don't kow what elese to do; problem resolves for a few days then reappears4. Update wi-fi driver: Toshiba recommended; driver won't load.5, run fit-it diagnostic utility: won't run; error on runThere are probably more failed solutions that I don't recall, but all of these potential fixes didn't work for me (and a growing number of other people). So, can we get some resolution from the guys who work with the wi-fi drivers development team and come-upwith a real fix?
Hi,Certainly you have tried a lot of reasonable methods. The WiFi device could have a hardware problem.Have you run SFC /scannow and CheckDisk (chkdsk) to be sure there are no corruption issues? If the Device seems to be working at all after any of these I would try to install the latest driversprobably available from the actual device maker.1. Check the BIOS to see if the WiFi has an enable/disable there.2. Buku karya buya hamka pdf converter download. Turn the WiFi OFF - wait a minute or two and turn it back on. Mainly does the light go OFF and ONas it should. Turn back ON.3. Make a Restore Point - then in Safe Mode - Right Click the Device - UNINSTALL - then check thebox to REMOVE Driver - REBOOT - is the device recognized at the boot? If so try updating the drivereven if it installs one from the Toshiba or Device Maker's Sites (usually RealTek or Intel)4.
Remove the Updates from just before this happened. How to Uninstall a Windows Update in Windows 75. Try a Repair Installation to see if that helps. How to Do a Repair Install to Fix Windows 76.
Would be very interesting to see if a Clean Install revives the device (assuming the Repair Installdid not) which might confirm that an update was the cause (though it could be something else).7. Turn off and disable the device in BIOS and Device Manager and try a 3rd party WiFi such as aUSB WIFi adapter.Hope this helps.Rob Brown - MS MVP - Windows Desktop Experience: Bicycle - Mark Twain said it right.Rob Brown - Microsoft MVP - Windows and Devices for IT 2010 - current Windows Insider MVP 2016 - current. Bob:Relating to your comments:The WiFi device could have a hardware problem: This problem happenned to dozens of laptop users between May & July of this year; different PC makers, different Wi-Fi adapters; same problem. Doubtful that all the Wi-Fi chips failed (almost) simultaneouslyafter experiencing an update.Have you run SFC /scannow and CheckDisk (chkdsk) to be sure there are no corruption issues? Both those apps told me that I need to be running as an admin. My login is 'admin' level, so Idon't know what W7 is talking about here.If the Device seems to be working at all after any of these I would try to install the latest driversprobably available from the actual device maker:Toshiba has the Realtek drivers' URL'ed; tried and failed (for most users).1. Check the BIOS to see if the WiFi has an enable/disable there.Already done; enabled.2.
Turn the WiFi OFF - wait a minute or two and turn it back on. Mainly does the light go OFF and ONas it should. Turn back ON.Light goes off when set to Off in BIOS after F10; save and reboot. Light comes back-on during CLI boot-up, then dropps back off when GUI appears. Light is only visible during boot-up; goes off as soon as Windows GUI appears.3. Make a Restore Point - then in Safe Mode - Right Click the Device - UNINSTALL - then check thebox to REMOVE Driver - REBOOT - is the device recognized at the boot?
If so try updating the drivereven if it installs one from the Toshiba or Device Maker's Sites (usually RealTek or Intel)Restore Point used from day before problem occured; no luck. Can't uninstall a driver that never loaded.
The device is only recognized in the CLI-portion of the boot-up process. Once the GUI kicks-in, the light goes out and the device is never seen by DeviceManager.4.

Would be very interesting to see if a Clean Install revives the device (assuming the Repair Installdid not) which might confirm that an update was the cause (though it could be something else).Clean installs have been done by other users with this problem; it works for a few days and then reverts back to the same state (5 cases tracked with same results).

Thus, I'd rather not waste time with that one.7. Turn off and disable the device in BIOS and Device Manager and try a 3rd party WiFi such as aUSB WIFi adapter.External USB wi-fi adapters work well for me and everyone else with this problem. Thus, the problem pertains specifically to the internal wi-fi adapters. There are dozens of Forum Posts' on several manufacturers sites regarding this issue (Toshiba, HP, Sony, Acer, etc.). This is definitely a Windows 7 drivers issue. MS needs to bring the developers into this problem for a resolution.I thought that Fix-It diagnostics would get a stronger handle on the problem, but it failed to run on my laptop, giving an ambiguous error (31).
I'd love to hear any further prospective solutions. Toshiba Support has 'sucked wind' in regards to providing a solution. Their Wi-Fi- upgrades for Realtek and Intel haven't solved the problem for anyone.
Mysql Driver Not Loaded Windows Xp Update
Their recommendation to re-image the drive only worked for 1 - 3 days for users and the problem resurfaced. They can't resolve the problem because they didn't create it. Microsoft needs to get on top of this; several manufacturers have dozens of users who have reported this problem (with, I'm sure, hundreds, if not thousands more reviewing the forum posts for asolution).Cisco Kid.
Hi,Please its Rob.This is a slightly older Toshiba that yours using Intel WiFi and RealTel NIC without the issuesyou are experiencing so I agree the problem seems to be in the Toshiba architecture/hardware.Personally I would demand they provide a solution. Rob (sorry about the last typo):Unfortunately, SFC /scannow and CHKDSK /f /r didn't work either.Since I already know of several users with different make laptops, I'm pretty sure that MS will need to resolve this problem.
Mysql Driver Not Loaded Windows Xp Windows 7
It sounds like an issue with the way the wi-fi drivers are being coded. Either all the Mfr's misunderstood MS's wi-fi driver designspecs, or there was an error in the data given to them. Either way, it seems like MS will need to provide the solution to all of the laptop makers. So, I'll just be patient and wait. Rob:(There actually could be millions with this problem with only a few hundred people who know how to, or take the time to post on the forums).Taking your opinion into consideration however, I have visited the Realtek support site to download and install updated drivers 'from the source' instead of using Toshiba's support site. This too failed to produce a resolution. Thus, I have created 'yetanother' forum post on Realtek's support site.
That now makes 3 forum posts; MS-Answers, Toshiba, and Realtek.Between the three sites, hopefully I'll get a workable resolution soon.
Eparampa,Pick up the archive (zip file no install) from the site and not th MSI.To install the driver read the Intall-win.txt:ZIP (no installer)In this case you want to do the following;1) Extract the files using pkzip or some compatible program.2) Copy the files to the desired location and register thedriver or optionally use Install.bat to do this for you.NOTE: Do not try to edit the registery or odbc ini filesmanually to register the driver unless you areintimate with how to do this properly. Myodbc3i hasbeen created for this purpose.
